CAPE TOWN – Homeless people living on the streets of the Cape Town CBD are slowly moving to alternative accommodation offered by the City.
This is after the Western Cape High Court granted a final eviction order for the unlawful occupation of seven sites.
As the deadline for those affected expired on Monday, 12 August, the city has started removing the occupants’ structures.
